The 1st Annual e-Congress on Food Security and Safety – November 2025

“The 1st Annual e-Congress on Food Security and Safety, co-hosted by the Master’s Program in Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Montpellier and the Tsukuba Life Science Innovation (T-LSI) Program at the University of Tsukuba, was held on November 25 from 17:00 to 20:00. The event was conducted jointly by the two universities, with participants from Montpellier attending on-site and T-LSI participants joining online. This student-led international e-congress is planned to be held annually in the fall, each year focusing on a different topic in food science.”
